    I have been interested in opening a T-mobile store. This would be my first business, im wondering what the best way to go about starting a first business is? You mentioned grants, are they hard to come by? And creating a business plan with specific numbers can be difficult when i’m not sure exactly what i will be bringing in! Help! :)

    Locally owned banks are a great place to start. It’s much tougher to get investment property loans since the the real-estate bubble has burst.
